24小時執勤電話24 Hours On-Duty Hotline

超連提供24小時執勤電話，以利客戶於系統之相關問題出現時可立即聯繫通知處理。
Tri-Lan provides 24-hour on-duty service and a trouble-shooting hotline for customers on problems related to the system.

問題排除服務Trouble-shooting Service

設備發生異常狀況或運行不正常時，於接獲使用者通知後，通知該設備維護專員，並二小時內到達現場處理。四小時內排除問題及狀況，使設備恢復正常運行。Customers may call the trouble-shooting hotline to request Tri-Lan for system repairing service at anytime, Tri-Lan personnel shall arrive at the site for within two hours upon the receipt of customer’s notice and complete troubleshooting within 4 hours.

異常狀況紀錄服務Abnormal event Recording Service

超連將整合、記錄每一個系統 / 器械的狀態成為一份摘要並且進行趨勢分析。這份報告也將包括承包商在支援通話及困難傳報之服務品質評比。
Tri-Lan will record and consolidate the conditions of cabling system / equipment into a summary and perform trend analysis on the maintenance reports with an executive summary to customers on the agreed date. The report also includes service quality reviews on subcontractors’ support calls and problem reporting.

定期維護Scheduled Maintenance

設備於保固或保養期間，由專人實施每季定期檢測及保養維護，並於每年實施系統全面定期設備檢查測試。超連提供以下定期維護之項目並可視客戶需求做調整。
Within the warranty or maintenance period, Tri-lan will specially assign personnel to perform quarterly inspection and maintenance and also, annual inspection of all systems.Tri-Lan provides the following routine maintenance and can modify depending on the customer’s request.

• 風扇部分Fan Section

a.    檢查皮帶之狀態及鬆緊度Check belt condition and tension.

b.    檢查風扇馬達之電流Check fan motor current.

c.    檢查動葉輪Check impeller.

d.    檢查軸承及帶輪Check bearing and pulley.

e.    檢查馬達是否牢固Check motor mounts are secured.

• 濕度調節器及加熱器Humidifier and Reheat

a.    檢查水盤是否阻塞Check drain pan for clog.

b.    檢查浮控作業Check float control operation.

c.    檢查濕度調節器之電流及電壓Check humidifier current & voltage.

• 配電面板Electrical Panel

a.    檢查管線鬆脫Check for loose wire connection.

b.    檢查配件之電流Check the current of the components.

c.    啟動回風閘門(如有) Motorized Non-return Damper (if any)

d.    檢查並測試關閘作業是否完全關閉Check & test the operation of the damper from fully close

e.    於正常狀態下開啟Open under normal status.

• 室內狀況Room Status

a.    檢查機房內溫濕度正常並達到標準Check that computer rooms temp. and humidity are normal and meet requirement.

b.    檢查溫濕度設定正確Check that room temp / hum setting is correct.

c.    檢查高架地板下之空氣正常流動Check that air flow under raised floor is in good condition.

不斷電電源系統Uninterrupted Power System (UPS)

o    檢查並記錄輸入/輸出電壓(直流、交流)、安培(直流、交流)頻率讀取Check and record input/output voltage (AC, DC), ampere (AC, DC) frequency readings.

o    檢查時間計讀取Check hours-run meters reading.

o    如有需要，清潔及潤滑所有設備All equipment will be cleaned and lubricated where necessary.

o    檢查系統正常運作並立即糾正任何外觀缺陷Check the correct operation of the system. Rectify any apparent defects where immediately possible.

o    檢查功能及內部連結Check functional and internal connections.

• 盡可能檢查並操作所有功能(電/磁/機械配件，如：指示燈，電驛，接點，斷路器　Check functional operation as far as possible of　electro/magnetic/　mechanical components, e.g. indication lamps, relays, contactors, circuit breakers.
• 檢查可調整之裝置設定如：控制邏輯、定時器、超載電驛Check settings of adjustable devices e.g. control logic, timers, overload relays and adjust where necessary
• 檢查及依需要覆歸任何狀態Check and reset any transient where necessary.
• 檢查及調整電池浮充電壓及電流限制設定等Check and adjust Battery floating charge voltage, current limit settings etc.
• 紀錄UPS及電池房之周圍溫度Record the ambient temperature of UPS & Battery room.
• 檢查直流連接點包含注液電池 / 以保護熔絲跟UPS的連結Check DC connections which include inter-cell/  inter-tier Battery to protection fuse and UPS connections.
• 檢查電池系統及單一電池之一般狀態Check general condition of Battery system and each individual cell.
• 檢查軸承之異常聲音或過熱之徵兆並依需要潤滑Check bearings for undue noise or sign of overheating and lubricate where necessary.

預動式消防系統Pre-Action       

• 目視檢查Visual Check on.

a.    灑水頭之一般清潔General cleanness on Pre-Action sprinkler heads

b.    灑水頭周圍之障礙Any interruptions around pre-action sprinkler heads

c.    檢查所有測測器及控制配件之狀況Check all detection and controller components are in good condition

d.    壓縮空氣之壓力值Pressure reading of compressed air

e.    灑水管是否有阻塞Any interruptions of sprinkler water drain pipe

f.     消防系統管線及相關支持托架Pre-action system piping and its related supporting brackets

g.    檢查系統外觀之缺陷Overall system appearance to see if possible defects existed

h.    自動/手動 釋放模式Manual and auto released modes of the system

i.      溫度感應器外觀Heat detectors appearance

j.      煙霧感應器外觀Smoke detectors appearance

k.    遙控鎖單位及警報訊號控制單位Remote lock-off unit and the alarm signals monitoring unit

• 功能測試Function Test.

a.    作業中之自動及緊急手動釋放模式Auto and emergency manual release mode in operation

b.    作業中之溫度感應器Heat detectors in operation

c.    作業中之煙霧感應器Smoke detectors in operation

d.    模擬灑水之壓力值Pressure of simulated sprinkler discharge

e.    所有有關模擬釋放測式之配件All components related to simulated discharge test

f.     控制盤上之警報訊號Remote alarm signals indicated on control panel.

g.    壓縮空氣泵Compressed air pump

h.    壓縮空氣之壓力值Pressure reading of compressed air.

• 綜合測試Comprehensive testing:

測試系統於正常運作下Testing all systems for normal operation

• 系統狀態System status:

維護中記錄所有測試流程並及時回報客戶異常狀況Record all testing procedures with data and report immediately to client on any irregularities or defects while performing the maintenance.

• 維護的最後階段Final stage of maintenance:

a.     回覆系統於正常運作狀態並回報客戶Resume the system in normal

   operation and inform client accordingly. .

b.    連動測試Chain movement test.

c.    確認所有預動式消防系統配件之正常狀況Confirm all parts of Pre-action fire-extinguishing system are in normal working condition.

FM-200 (Fire Protection System)

• Control server system circuit function and adjustment.

a.    測試及調整感應器電路Test and adjust the perception circuit.

b.    測試及調整警報聲音Test and adjust the warning alarm sound.

c.    測試及調整預動式釋放電路Test and adjust the per-warning release circuit.

d.    測試及調整釋放電路Test and adjust the release circuit.

e.    測試及調整手動開關Test and adjust the manual switch.

f.     測試及調整緊急斷路器Test and adjust the emergency breaker.

g.    測試及調整延遲釋放電路Test and adjust the delayed release circuit.

h.    測試及調整藥劑釋放電路Test and adjust the medicament release circuit.

i.      測試及調整連接控制系統Test and adjust the link-up control system.

j.      測試及調整系統轉移功能Test and adjust the system transfer function.

k.    測試及調整FM-200系統流量Test and Adjust FM-200 System flow

• 感應器測試，敏感度調整及清潔維護Perception system test, sensitivity adjustment and cleaning maintenance.
• 開關輸入配件(手動開關、緊急斷路器及倒數計時器)Input switch component (manual switch, emergency breaker and time-counter).
• 警報輸出系統(警報、蜂鳴器、火警燈及釋放燈)功能測試Output warning system (alarm, buzzer, fire light and release light) function test.
• 檢測FM-200鋼瓶及配件Inspection for FM-200 containers and accessories.
  1. 檢測鋼瓶是否牢固Inspection for container mounting
  2. 檢測鋼瓶連接管及釋放閥Inspection for connecting tub and releasing valve
  3. 清潔噴嘴Clean up the nozzle

• 測試Examination:
  1. 觸動警報點並檢視造景盤之燈號是否正常顯示Trig on each alarm inputs and watch whether if LED lights on mimic panel are lighted.
  2. 解除警報點並檢視造景盤之燈號是否正常顯示Trig off each alarm inputs and watch whether if LED lights on mimic panel are off.
  3. 檢查所有造景盤上之警報點及遠端遙控主機Check every alarm on mimic panel and remote PC.
